Mahanadi Ladies’ Hostel
Mahanadi Ladies’ Hostel is the residential facility of Dr. Abhin Chandra Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital, Bhubaneswar, established in the year 1984. It has been providing a safe, comfortable, affordable and well-maintained home-away-from-home for female UG students, House Surgeons and Resident doctors for over four decades.
Located within the college campus, the hostel provides convenient access to the academic and clinical facilities of the institution. It has 47 accommodation rooms, along with one large and one small dormitory, providing an overall residential capacity of approximately 115 residents.
The hostel is equipped with a dining hall, reading room and office room, providing essential facilities for residents’ daily needs, academic activities and hostel administration. Residents have access to adequate toilets and bathrooms, water supply and electricity, along with regular upkeep and maintenance of the building and hostel facilities.
Hostel administration is overseen by the Hostel Superintendent and Prefects, ensuring proper discipline, maintenance, security and resident welfare. Hostel admission is generally conducted along with the college admission process, with affordable charges covering applicable hostel facilities and services.
